Hilolani Subdivision - Hilo, Hawaii

Situated on over thirteen acres, Hilolani Subdivision was Hilo’s first new subdivision in over three decades. It consists of forty-three homes on approximately 10,000 square foot lots with three different floor plans. The homes sold quickly due to the unique styling, amenities and designer upgrades the buyers had to choose from. Hilolani quickly became one of the most desirable places to live in Hilo.
