As CEO of CIMS, Mike Crolius has created a capital management and real estate development company that mirrors his pursuit of quality, integrity and an assiduous pursuit of risk mitigation.

His experience in capital management, residential subdivision development, multi-family and custom home building is extensive. He has developed projects in Arizona, Nevada, California and Hawaii.

He is a Pilot as well as an accomplished musician and a published composer and author. He plays four musical instruments and has many commercial recording credits to his name in TV, Film, and Radio.

Crolius earned a B.S degree in from the University of the State of New York.

Corinne Crolius graduated with a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from California State University, Hayward. The majority of her career has been spent in media and real estate sales and marketing.

She held positions as an Account Executive for ABC and CBS television stations before becoming National Sales Manager for Cox Radio Hawaii and its six radio stations. She recently completed her duties as Sales and Marketing Director for a 43 home subdivision in Hilo, Hawaii where she was involved from inception to completion of the project. Her responsibilities included advertising, interior design, home sales and customer service.

Corinne has been licensed to sell real estate in California and Hawaii and is currently licensed in Nevada.

Michael Lynch is a Reno native and has been working locally in the land development and construction industry for almost twenty years. His work includes representing builders and developers locally and at the state level on all policy issues pertaining to the industry.

He has worked with developers and builders on individual projects ranging from single family custom homes to master planned residential developments including the Sierra Canyon by Del Webb project in Reno's Somersett master planned community.

Michael is currently the Chairman of the Board for Community Services Agency which has been the largest developer of workforce and senior housing in Washoe County.

Phyneus Scott received a B.S. degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He has been developing Web Sites for three years and has been involved in Graphic Design for four years.

His developing experience includes building Web Sites for Real Estate Development companies, Audio/Video Production companies, Student Organizations, and Personal Portfolios.

Phyneus is also an accomplished vocalist. He has been singing for fifteen years, he plays two Musical Instruments, and has collaborated with musicians in many genres.
